Since 1979, DARCO, Inc. has been providing residents with affordable, efficient apartments. All of our properties are conveniently located in local Seattle neighborhoods. Our only goal is to provide you with a safe, friendly, and suitable home.

We offer flexible month-to-month leases at all our properties. Our application fee is $40.00 per person and we ask for a non-refundable move-in fee of $300.00. Tenants pay all utilities: water, sewer, garbage, and electricity. Sorry, we have a strict no-pets policy.
