Available now, this unit is about 390 square feet on the 2nd floor. It's got a great deck that overlooks Portage Bay. I just remodeled it. In addition to vertical blinds, I can add a curtain rod to hang blackout curtains if you'd like. I live on site and am quite possibly the most responsive apt. manager in the city regarding maintenance. Electricity bill is metered by Seattle City Light and water/sewer/garbage are $40 for a single occupant or $55 for a pair. We do have off-street parking but unfortunately, all spots are rented right now. I'm available for a tour most days so thanks for your interest and good luck with your apt search :)
