Available now, this unit is about 390 square feet on the 2nd floor. It's got a great deck that overlooks Portage Bay. I remodeled it last year and though it's legally considered a studio it is laid out more like a small one bedroom with a living room facing Fuhrman Ave. In addition to vertical blinds, I can add a curtain rod to hang blackout curtains if you'd like. I live on site and am quite possibly the most responsive apt. manager in the city regarding maintenance. Electricity bill is metered by Seattle City Light and water/sewer/garbage is paid by tenant to Guardian.
