About Us

DARCO, Inc. was formed in 1979 with a goal of providing residents with quality, yet affordable and efficient apartment living in the Seattle area. Today, we own and manage nine apartment communities in Seattle neighborhoods like Queen Anne, Capitol Hill and University District. Each neighborhood and community offers its own unique features and amenities. Live close to pubs, clubs, coffee shops, shopping and dining. We continue to offer residents safe and affordable housing.

DARCO offers flexible lease terms at all of our properties. There is a small application fee per applicant and we require a holding fee equal to the rent amount. Tenants pay all utilities: water, sewer, garbage, and electricity. Properties are smoke and pet-free.
